1. Treatment and Procedures

Our clinical team, led by Dr. Lisa Stradiotto, is dedicated to your care. While Dr. Stradiotto aims to be present for all key procedures, there may be times when other experienced consultants or nursing staff will support your treatment due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances. This ensures continuity of care and comprehensive support.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Fertility treatment is strictly regulated in the UK by the HFEA. Moya Fertility operates in accordance with all relevant regulations and holds the necessary licenses for all treatments and services provided.

3. Consent and Documentation

You are required to complete all consent forms, identification checks, and questionnaires accurately and promptly. Failure to do so may result in delays or, in rare cases, cancellation of your treatment.

4. Respect and Courtesy

We expect all patients and visitors to treat our staff and other patients with respect and courtesy. Any form of verbal or written abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the cessation of treatment.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost importance. Please respect the confidentiality of other patients and do not share or discuss sensitive information within or outside the clinic.

6. Timeliness

Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, notify us as soon as possible. While we strive to run on schedule, some delays may occur due to the nature of medical care.

7. Compliance with Instructions

Follow all instructions provided by your clinical team regarding medications, dietary restrictions, and other aspects of your treatment. If you have questions, please ask—your understanding and compliance are essential for your safety and the success of your treatment.

8. Open Communication

Maintain open and honest communication with our team. Inform us of any changes in your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment.

9. Financial Responsibility

You are responsible for timely payment of all fees. Payment for treatment cycles (e.g., IVF, IUI, FET) must be made in full before the first monitoring scan. We do not bill insurance companies directly but will provide receipts and documentation to assist with reimbursement if needed.

10. Clinic Policies and Regulations

Adhere to all clinic policies, including those regarding visitors, mobile phone use, and photography. These policies are in place to protect your privacy and ensure a safe environment for all.

11. Data and Personal Information

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your contact details or circumstances relevant to your treatment.
• You have the right to access your personal information and treatment records.
